Official Models is a leading women's modeling agency based in New York City. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Model Agent Booker to join our team. The Agent Booker will focus on managing the careers of fashion models and developing relationships with casting directors, magazines, stylists, and photographers. The ideal candidate will have a background in modeling, fashion, or sales and possess strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop relationships with, and book models for fashion magazines, campaigns, runway shows, and test shoots.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with casting directors, magazines, stylists, and photographers through email, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
- Generate new contact leads and nurture existing relationships with key industry professionals to expand the agency's network and client base.
- Actively monitor models.com, Instagram and the websites of top photographers, magazines, etc. to identify casting and booking opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve agency booking targets and increase model exposure.
- Provide regular updates on model bookings and relationship-building activities to agency management.
- 2-3 years of experience in modeling, fashion, or sales, ideally with a university degree.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
- Proven track record in building relationships with casting directors, magazines, stylists, and photographers.
- Experience in generating new contact leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the modeling industry and current trends.
- Highly proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work a partial day within New York hours of operation. New York hours are typically 9am ET to 6pm ET. Acceptable remote hours should overlap at least from 9am ET to 2pm ET (flexible on this; perhaps the agent could start sending out emails earlier in the day).
