As Food & Beverage Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Manager:
- You will ensure the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
- You will develop and implement plans where property food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
- You will lead and manage the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
- You will prepare and take the responsibility for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
- You will build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- You will establish effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
- You will ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

The employment contract is subject to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and catering industry, with a gross monthly wage classified in wage group I of at least EUR 2,100.\*
