Human Resources Intern [Peru]

As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.

Standard Minimum Qualifications

  • Active student of a University Degree with 12 to 18 months to graduation date.
  • Fluency (level B2 or above) in English language.
  • Elegible to work in Peru.

Just so you know

  • Our internship program provides paid assignments of 6 to 18 months while you work on projects that provide exposure to current issues within the Company.
  • We are located in San Isidro.
  • We love flexibility. You can arrange your work schedule based on your school needs (30 hours per week).
