Fast Track Kitchen Supplies Limited is a provider of kitchen, bedroom and furniture fittings.

We are currently seeking to appoint an Office Administrator based in our Clondalkin office.

The successful candidate must be proficient in general office duties, be fluent English speaking with a high level of written English. Be self-motivated, efficient, punctual and enjoy being part of a team in a busy office. Have a confident, positive attitude and adeptness in using own initiative. An excellent telephone manner, customer focused attitude with good interpersonal skills, providing administration, marketing and organisational support.

Responsibilities include for are not limited to:

Raise purchase orders, process to invoice level, follow through on sales, process payments where necessary.

Follow up on delivery service of products.

Procurement including liaising with current and new suppliers.

Tracking / follow-up customer/supplier orders, invoices and payments/follow-on orders and deliveries.

Record, deal, maintain and follow-up where necessary on customer and supplier queries.

Ability to problem solve customer queries / deal with customer complaints promptly.

Creation of spreadsheets, maintenance of records.

Source information where applicable.

Database Administration.

Developing and implementing new administrative systems.

Answer telephone in a professional and friendly manner.

Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.

Photocopying and filing.

General office administration.

Requirements

Strong MS Office skills / strong database admin qualities.

Proficiency in product code information.

Time management skills

Experience in similar role essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 3 years (preferred)
