• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone. • Answering phone calls and directing to relevant department. Catering order – received call from customer direct to office landline phone. Send order to nearest café. • Arrange courier service and receive courier – arrange courier for Citylink or FMX. • Collect mails from mailbox. • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. • Assist in office and café business licenses renewal and application. • Prepare invoice for Proactive customer. • Get documentation ready for new café opening and keep it in proper documentation • Update inventory price in the POS system • Filing for invoice and delivery order. • Prepare report maintenance and invoice. • Request payment from franchisee and customer. • Arrange for vehicles road tax , and PUSPAKOM renewal • Name card for new coming staffs
