- Run the end-to-end development of new billing products, making sure that our goals are aligned with user needs
- Own the product life cycle from market, BI, and user research, to defining wireframes and scope, setting KPIs and overseeing the development process
- Conduct user research by talking to users and support agents, analyzing user data, and conducting usability tests to continually improve the product
- Create and execute product strategy that drives business results and Wix’s overall vision
- Analyze data on the current performance of our funnel and identify opportunities to attract new users and convert existing ones
- Play a key role in building the yearly roadmap
- A Product Manager with 3+ years experience building consumer-facing billing/payment-related products.
- You’re curious about solving the “big” problems and you know how to translate user needs into a great user experience.
- You’re passionate about the billing and payments industry.
- You’re a strategic thinker and business-oriented product professional and can identify opportunities, determine a clear direction for the product, and manage priorities effectively.
- You’re fluent in defining use cases, designing user journeys, analyzing user behavior, and making data-driven decisions.
- You have proven experience working collaboratively with R&D and UX teams.
- You’re proactive, dedicated, and passionate. You take ownership and feel comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- You're comfortable analyzing data to understand user behavior in order to drive user success and business results.
- You’re also familiar with technical aspects of products related to API design, platformization, and performance.
