Customer Support Executive (CSE) [India]


 

  • Job Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service, exhibiting the company’s values to each customer.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, or returns with a strong focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns, queries, issues, complaints, product information requests, cancellation of orders, etc.
  • Managing inbound & outbound calls and providing chat support through company website’s live chat, email and WhatsApp.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills to ascertain sophisticated interaction and ensure closure of all presented issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise.
  • Provide information regarding the availability of in-stock and out of stock items to customers.
  • Constantly demonstrate a positive attitude by interacting effectively and maintaining professional manners through verbal or written form.
  • Proficient in using computers, software and other office equipped applications.
  • Maintaining data and updating accurate records of customer service interactions.
  • Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
