Overview:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented Email Manager to join our team.
- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing our email marketing campaigns by collaborating with various teams to develop engaging content, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance.
Key Tasks & Behaviors
- Manage content, subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Manage all aspects of monthly email campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to create compelling and personalized email content.
- Segment and maintain subscriber lists based on various demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and creative elements to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Implement email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and personalized email journeys to nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.
- Manage, plan, adjust, and report on Pop Up Email & SMS captures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging email marketing technologies to incorporate innovative strategies into campaigns.
- Identifying, testing, and implementing key optimizations around segmentation and offer testing.
- Own the brand content calendar and creative production process: creative briefs, planning, scheduling, and deployment.
- Track and analyze campaign and flow performance and provide actionable items to test and improve main KPIs on a period basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Work cross-functionally with brand, product, growth and customer success to ensure that final outputs are strategically aligned.
- Leverage testing, segmentation, classification, and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement and nurture existing customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of CRM best practices, technology, and trends to react to new insights and behavior shifts.
- Passion for driving results through effective email communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SMS marketing platforms, such as Postscript, Attentive, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with email deliverability and engagement best practices.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations, including Apple Mail Privacy, CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and impactful email content.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
