Key Responsibilities
- Being responsible for company importation and customs clearance of import shipments.
- Manage day-to-day operations including processing e-commerce orders on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki), order fulfillment, and dispatching orders.
- Take lead on warehouse operation and management. (Inbound, QC, fulfillment) Be responsible for inventory management of all SKUs of consumer products.
- Manage vendors/3PL partners operational excellence through data driven metric. (3PL warehouse partner/ logistic partner)
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve supply chain process efficiency and overall cost structure.
- Monitor and analyse SCM KPI and provide relevant reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant supply chain management experience, preferably from FMCG/ e-commerce.
- Warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, vendor and/or project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation.
- Preferably with VN importation experience.
- Experience with OMS and WMS software/ ERP system.
- Experience with analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software is a plus.
