Position: Marketing Assistant
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing department’s marketing programs
In this role, the incumbent will assist with all marketing related duties including but not limited to improving and maintaining the company website and social media activity across all social media platforms incl. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü Generating new business via social media marketing and directing leads to sales team for follow-up
ü Helping to shape the social media presence for our range of brands
ü Creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms
ü Collaborate with colleagues to execute social media strategy
ü Manage dashboard tracking, analytics and success of various campaigns and adopt a data-driven mindset towards audience building campaigns
ü Assisting sales and marketing team with marketing related admin
Minimum Requirements (not negotiable):
Education:
· Marketing degree; specializing in social media marketing will be an advantage
· Energetic and self-starter
Strong computer skills; MS office, Coral draw, adobe and basic website administration
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R10,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Silverton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Graphic Designs Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
