- Management of Categories and Assortment mix in line with category strategy, revenues, and gross margin target as well as inventory levels.
- Inventory forecasting, recommend pricing based on unified price setting on pharmaceutical retail and consumer items with management set margins.
- Negotiating quantities with suppliers and distributors and acceptable margins base on negotiated volume and inventory forecast.
- Ensure that product selection is aligned with market trends on all physical stores.
- Analyzing product performance & sell-through tracking on a monthly/seasonal basis. Discuss the same performance to supplier and distributor to strategize product performance and offtake.
