Avantor is looking for a Quality Manager Nordics in Sweden. In this role you lead the efforts for implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management systems in the sites at 4 different countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. You promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement throughout the organization via multiple channels and makes decisions based on customer, associate, regulatory and company best interests.
You will join a team of Quality professionals around Europe who (virtually) meet on a regular basis and share knowledge and ideas to improve our way of working.
What we’re looking for
- Education: Degree in an applied science, commerce or engineering field.
- Experience: experience in ISO9001 and ISO17025 quality management systems.
- Language: good written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish or Norwegian
- You like working independently and taking responsibility. You have a customer focus and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
How you will thrive and create an impact
- You implement, communicate, and maintain the Company’s ISO9001 Quality Systems and Policies in compliance with quality management system requirements.
- You maintain document controls and documented procedures.
- You identify relevant quality related training needs and deliver training.
- You coordinate internal audits based on the audit plan and perform internal audits and you liaise with external auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance
- You manage complaint handling for customer complaints.
- You ensure corrective and preventive action handling is completed and effectiveness evaluated.
- You iaise with customers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customers’ needs.
- You perform management review against the ISO Quality Standard
