As a Warehouse Coordinator you ensure the delivery of the Technical Material Management (TMM) process deliverables through the store team. It is important to ensure good quality delivery for all Botlek Bedrijven Park users that use our warehouse.
Tasks consist of:
- Ensuring proper physical management of all material locations in or outsourced.
- Quality control of incoming goods, certificate management and non-conformity follow-up
- Ensuring the application of all safety rules, and compliance to legal and corporate rules and regulations.
- Ensuring management and optimization of NPR (Non-Product Related) materials (receipt, storage, kitting, logistics)
- Supporting the purchase of spare parts and general materials.
- The execution of the kitting process for major maintenance activities
- Management of project and turnaround materials

Do you consider yourself as a problem solver and do you enjoy collaborating with colleagues both inside and outside the warehouse.
Further to this you recognize yourself in the following points:
- MBO level – preferably Mechanical/technical or equal level based on experience
- 5+ years’ relevant experience within a technical environment and Quality Control of materials
- Communication skills to serve various levels, in Dutch and English
- A forklift certification is a big plus
