We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing large and high-velocity datasets, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic business decisions.
The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and possess expertise in at least one of the following domains: payment systems, website applications, game entertainment, loyalty programs, or user management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all ongoing business products, including website, payment systems, e-vouchers, and loyalty programs.
- Identify areas for performance improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the performance of business products.
- Explore and analyze user behaviors to gain a comprehensive understanding and propose effective growth strategies for all areas of the business.
- Develop and implement data analytics, business intelligence (BI) dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and generate accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with the Game Data Studio to establish robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and optimizing reporting processes.
Yêu cầu
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in one of the following domains: payment systems, website applications, game entertainment, loyalty programs, or user management.
- Proven track record of working as a data analyst with extensive experience handling large and high-velocity datasets.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and working with statistical packages for data analysis.
- Strong skills in SQL and advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with Python or PySpark is a plus.
- Possess a mathematical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
