The Position
Main Responsibilities/Responsibilities
Customer Management
1. Establish a good information communication channel with key customers, explore the concepts and academic needs of healthcare professionals (HCP)
2. Deliver specialized medicine/disease/product information
a) Communicate scientific progress in the corresponding disease field, and promote doctors to formulate standardized treatment plans
b) Transmit key information of Roche products, improve awareness of Roche products, and collect Feedback
c) Transmit relevant information about disease diagnosis to help improve the diagnosis rate of patients in the ecosystem
Discipline construction
1. Understand the hospital's existing disease field diagnosis and treatment paths and expert diagnosis and treatment concepts and processes
2. Sort out the pain points of relevant treatment departments and diagnosis and treatment processes
3. Conduct doctor/department education by setting up head hospital exchanges or cross-hospital training and education meetings
4. Gradually build a standardized diagnosis and treatment platform
Plan management
Plan the academic promotion plan for the corresponding ecosystem, negotiate with colleagues to reach a final plan, and implement it.
1. Organize and support regional expert meetings
2. Understand doctors' concepts, needs, Subject arrangements formulate meeting and coverage plans implementation of the meeting plan feedback from the return visit
3. The budget is reasonably formulated in accordance with the company's regulations, and the plan is completed to ensure the reasonable and effective use of resources1. Experts in the field of products and diseases
2. Provide counseling and support for new members of the team
3. Actively cooperate and share with members of team members inside and outside the ecosystem to integrate resources and enhance team capabilities.Ability and experience

Working years
. More than 1 year working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
. Previous sales/marketing/medical experience
.Cross-functional work experience is preferred
Education level/qualification certificate
.Bachelor degree or above in medicine or pharmacy
.Pass the RDPAC exam during the probationary period
.Complete all required Roche courses during the probationary period
