YOUR TASKS

• 
  1. Create test equipment specification based on the product specification, Configure corresponding parameters and database.
  根据产品的功能测试要求，创建测试台架需求文档，配置测试台架的相应参数和数据库
  
• 2. Analyze product functional test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences of BMS.
  分析产品的功能测试要求，创建相应的BMS测试用例及序列.
  
• 3. Create and manage the system test documentation according to requirements
  根据要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档
  
• 4. Performing the tests, analyzing root cause of failures, fault documentation, result documentation
  完成测试，分析错误原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告
  
• 5. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle ( proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints ...)
  协助分析各阶段的失效（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉等）
  
• 6. Permanent coordination with project manager and development team
  项目经理及开发团队的长期协调
  
• 7. Coordinate the resources and timing with other locations (HKG/HRO) and internally
  协调集团内公司（如海拉德国，海拉罗马尼亚）以及上海实验室内部的测试资源和测试时间
  
• 8. Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for energy management products in Hella Shanghai test Lab
  能源管理产品的相关测试方法测试设备的长期完善和开发
  
• 9. Other job assigned by Department Manager
  部门经理安排的其他工作
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. University degree in Electronics Engineering
  电子相关专业本科学历及以上
• 2. 3 years of experience in testing activity of Automotive Electronics products. Experience in DCDC/BMS is preferred.
  三年以上汽车电子产品测试经验，有DCDC/BMS相关测试经验者更佳
• 3. Deep Knowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: system requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation,
  深度理解汽车电子测试：系统需求，测试策略，测试文档
• 4. Advanced Knowledge of Requirements management，Experience in DOORS/MKS is preferred.
  深度理解需求管理，熟练使用DOORS/MKS者更佳
• 5. Familiar with CAN/LIN diagnosis test (ISO14229) and CANoe.
  熟悉CAN/LIN 诊断测试UDS及CANoe的使用
