Skyray Ventures is looking to hire an HR Intern to join our growing company!
An ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The candidate must be a conceptual thinker, with outstanding organizational, and management skills and must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Intern, you must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. You must have a deep understanding of employee relationships and the recruitment process. An ideal candidate should be able to manage conflict effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR-related activities.
- Maintain employee records .
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying the potential candidates.
- Assist with employee performance management systems
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and orientations.
- Create and sharing reports on HR-related activities
- Assist HR manager to create and share employees’ performance reports to senior leadership
- Assist the company with other assigned function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Effective problem-solving and management skills
- Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong decision-making skills
