Your Role
In the IT Infrastructure Specialist role, your primary responsibility is to provide support to our colleagues across the board. Your main goal is to assist users to get their work done with little to no impact, meaning that you'll be working on IT-related issues that range from creating IDs to identifying major blockers in the functioning of technology. - To setup + configure company deployed applications.
- To provide resolutions for issues raised via remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques + pertinent questions.
- To be responsible for tracking + administering our IT assets.
- To comply with all internal standard help desk procedures .
- To update stakeholders on incident resolution progress on a timely basis.
- To improve customer service quality.
- To prepare error diagnostics + detailed problem descriptions for escalation as required.
- To perform assigned routine tasks related to IT.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree within IT, Information systems.
- Min. 4-5 years’ experience from a similar role.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to patiently listen, understand, and effectively communicate information to non-technical individuals.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to assess and resolve issues efficiently.
- An interest in technology and the ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, server management, networking principles, and software applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A knack for continuous learning and adaptability to keep up with the ever-evolving IT landscape.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English & Turkish.
