Job Description:
l Income document review/calculation
l JCIC checking
l CDD check / Fraud check
l OD renewal review
l Phone verification with customers
l Incomplete document follow-up
l Appeal case handling
l Card limit adjustment review
Requirement:
l Bachelor degree or above
l Familiar with Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
l Basic English reading & writing ability
l Patience and able to work under pressure
l License of 信託/衍生性金融商品 is a plus.
