Tasks
- Registration, Hotel, Meeting Schedules, Dinners, Suite Layout, Sponsorships, etc.
- Assists with promotional product selection, ordering and inventory tracking
- Schedules meetings both onsite/ offsite for external guests & customer visits
- Schedule appointments/ meeting within calaneder
- Aides in building meeting agendas & taking notes
- Assists with day-to-day requests
Qualifications
- Organized, Time management skills
- Attention to detail and high-level accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving as well as decision making skills
- Computer skills (MS Office Teams, other systems are internal)
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills among multiple cultures, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Team player
- High Level of privacy and confidentiality Languages: excellent English skills required, German beneficial (not mandatory)
