- College Graduate or Min. 3 yrs. Experience in Managerial or Supervisory position in the manning industry with good management and leadership skills.
- Result oriented with People Network.
- Good command of the English Language.
- Computer Literate, decisive and assertive.
- Preferably with experience in Tanker.
- Responsible for all communication to/from the Principals, Ship Manager, Port Agent and Master of the Vessel pertaining to Seafarers.
- Responsible for checking and verification of seafarer’s documents ensuring its validity and authenticity.
- Responsible for the crew change planning, timely documentation and processing of seafarers for assigned Principal/Employer.
