· Responsible for the overall operation and guest experience in each of our villas.
· Manage booking, OTAs ( Online Travel Agent ), room occupancy ect.
· Ensure villas are ready for the guests' arrival and follow up on requests during their stay
· Handle maintenance when needed at the villas by contacting suppliers or contractors.
· Oversee and coordinate the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the villa, including scheduling regular inspections and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
· Meet and greet guests upon arrival, provide a tour of the property, and ensure they have a smooth check-in experience
· Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking essentials such as linens, towels, and cleaning supplies
· Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure the property is well-maintained
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all guests and reservations, including payments and deposits
· Provide regular updates and reports to the property owner
Core Competencies / Knowledge & Skill :
· Indonesian citizen
· Proficient in written and verbal English communication
· Proven years of experience in a similar role
· Background experience in managing villas/hotels
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Strong leadership, organization & delegation skills
· Hospitality-oriented
· Good attention to details and time management
Qualifications :
- A relevant bachelor degree in Hospitality, Management, Sales & Marketing other relevant fields
- Minimum of 1 years in hospitality industry Villa or Hotel
- Previous experience within hospitality industry would be an advantage
