Job Description:
Successful candidates will drive the demand planning cycle for their assigned product categories/assigned supplier; develop demand forecasts to obtain rolling procurement plan; calculate and plan SKU buys based on forecast; current inventory levels, open purchase orders and production constrains; analyze SKU-level forecast and inventory levels in order to assure sales coverage where possible to minimize Tospro; Support Demand Planning/Supply Chain to consistently deliver forecast accuracy results that drive inventory levels, as well as service levels that meet or exceed targeted thresholds for regular business, new product launches, and promotion; Pro-actively engage and coordinate with FG supplier to ensure on-time delivery of products at the right quantity and quality and at the lowest possible cost; Analyze and assist in key account special request and sales order phasing based on purchased made and/or planned; Analyze shortage and excess inventory positions to order to guarantee maximum efficiency; Support key department and supply chain initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of four-year course, preferably with accounting background
- Ability to perform job with minimum supervision
- Analytical
- Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office (Excel); knowledge of SAP is a plus)
- Trustworthiness and impeccable integrity
