Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Junior Learner Support Representative to join our team in Gauteng Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that staff in retail stores log in and engage on the Cnnect Application daily. The Junior Learner Support Representative will be measured monthly on the total staff versus total engagement, and must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Gauteng Province to gain the necessary engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that staff in retail stores log in and engage on the Cnnect Application daily
- Build strong relationships with retail store staff and management
- Provide ongoing training and support to retail store staff
- Monitor and report on staff engagement levels
- Troubleshoot technical issues with the Cnnect Application
- Report on any issues or concerns to senior management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase staff engagement levels
- Attend team meetings and provide regular progress reports
- Travel extensively throughout the Gauteng Province to meet engagement targets
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Tertiary education in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
