Your challenge
As a junior consultant in Deal Strategy, you will have the opportunity to work with prominent clients in various projects ranging between our two main competence areas: Integration and Separation, and Operational Strategy. Deal Strategy has a big growth focus at KPMG and you will play an active role of defining and shaping our future. As part of the team, you can expect a steep learning curve where you will have client exposure from day one and the possibility to become more specialized in your competence area of choice as you develop within the team.
Deal Strategy’s offering covers the entire deal process, from setting the strategy to performing post-deal support, involving both data-driven analysis and client-interactions. Our projects include but are not limited to:
- M&A strategy and implementation
- Divestment/carve-out strategies and assessments
- Carve-out and post-merger integration planning
- Due diligence (e.g. Commercial, Operational, ESG, IT, etc.)
- Operational strategy and value creation
- Operating model design
