Descripción
Reporting to Regional Service Director, his/her main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the service contracts of the company, planning, controlling proccesingproccesing and optimizingoptimizing them;
- Relation with different stakeholders, mainly interns with other areas and external with the clients of the company;
- Build relations with customers and identifiying business opportunities;
- Define and support Site Quality and HSEHSE systems;
- Ensure financial health and sustainability of service contracts;
- Ensure spare parts and optimize man hours;
- Ensure the provision odod all needed resources for personnel in field, such as materials, tools, PPEEsPPEEs, ecec;
- Ensure the accomplishement of the service strategic objetcitvesobjetcitves and KPIKPI related with Safety and Quality;
- Report results through KPI and risk management reports to his/her manager;
- Support bidding processes during negotiation of new projects;
- Promote innovation solutions;
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineers, with over 10 years of experience, and at least 3-5 years of experience leading teams over 10 people in the wind market.
