Role Summary:
The Technical Records Coordinator will work under the direction of the Technical Records Supervisor and will be responsible for the accurate update and monitoring of aircraft and components in hard copy and electronic format in accordance with procedures and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validation of Technical Records for Base, Line, Component Maintenance using AMOS and Airvault system;
- Ensure the timely and accurate input of aircraft utilization data and all additional special counters as per requirement depending on aircraft type;
- Ensure the timely & accurate input of aircraft component changes and inspections;
- Ensure the completion and receiving of rotables inventory with emphasis on the quality of records and certification provided;
- Ensure all log books are filled out correctly (for components and aircraft);
- Update and enter data of component historical records in the computer system and component history files for OH and life limited components;
- Preparing reports for customer with required data;
- Contact with customers, operators and CAMO departments and providing feedback to source of corrections required against technical records;
- Support and cooperation with all departments H1P and CHC;
- Preservation of airworthiness and maintenance records;
- Control of Technical Publication (Maintenance data and Airworthiness Directives for Aircrafts, Engines and Components).
- A University in aviation or Technical discipline – preferable;
- Aviation background or experience as asset;
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential (spoken and written);
- Analytical thinker with strong detail orientation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software;
- Able to think “out of the box” and provide creative problem solving suggestions;
- Ability to learn technical detailed procedures as required for this function;
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- Good communication and customer service skills.
