About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Facing Project Manager with experience directly supporting corporate clients, to join our virtual global team. Working in close collaboration with colleagues, you will provide high-touch, high-quality service to our large, global clients and client-facing teams. The role requires direct client interaction; strong partnership with Potential Project partners, account leads, and design and delivery teams; and responsibility and ownership for project management and coordination of client-facing projects and programs.

You are able to commit to 30 - 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in European time zones. A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.

You Will Focus On:

Partnering with internal client sponsors, leads, and broader client engagement teams to coordinate delivery of programs and services, including:

  • Support of leadership design and facilitation teams to successfully create and deliver leadership and organizational development programs for large global organizations.
  • Administrative elements (including sales and financial processes) to support client relationship and internal business functions.

Coordinating and communicating with Clients on elements including:

  • Scheduling program delivery and support
  • Reviewing and updating programmatic elements (decks, summary sheets, program invites, etc.)
  • Creating proposals and contracts to build and grow client relationships
  • Providing accurate reporting to describe the impact and benefit of Potential Project programs
  • Providing event consultation and management for executive retreat experiences

Client-facing project management of leadership development design and delivery projects, including:

  • Creating and project managing to a clear scope of work
  • Project scheduling and planning
  • Communication planning, including scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Progress reporting and risk assessment
  • Coordination and follow-up with internal and external parties for flawless execution

Communicating and partnering with other client-facing teams to ensure best practices and processes are used in support of projects and programs

You Will Bring:
  • 3 to 5 years of client-facing project management experience, including event management; coordination of internal and external teams for small-to-mid scale projects from planning through implementation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship, including building strong working relationships, creative problem-solving, understanding and articulating client needs, and growing the account through up-selling or cross-selling
  • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred
  • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline.
  • Flexible, service-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a team-player mind-set

  • An excellent level of English, both spoken and written
