Your Responsibilities:
Personalized Consumer Experience:
- Assist in managing the MadeWithNestlé newsletters; ensure coordination with the different brands to get the right content on time
- Stakeholder management: communicate with and brief external and internal agencies on mailings or banner creation.
- Actively propose content, topics and layout for the newsletter and the MWN website
- Proofreading & translations of mailings.
- Support brands in the creation of their dedicated mailings
- Update the CRM dashboard, analyze performances and make recommendations
- You will learn to work with different tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerBI, Excel, etc.)
- Become a certified digital expert through our Digital Academy

• You are fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
