POS Support & Onboarding Consultant [United States]


 

Cultivera is an enterprise software company exclusively serving the cannabis industry. We provide seed-to-sale, POS, and B2B marketplace software-as-a-service to some of the largest operations in the country. Cultivera was founded in Washington state, where we now account for a 60% market share of growers and processors by sales volume. We've processed $2 billion worth of orders through our Cultivera Pro product, and are continuing to grow our presence in other states.

We are looking for talented candidates to join our POS support & onboarding team to help us scale. This position comes with incredible growth opportunity within a rapidly growing company in a rapidly growing industry.

Our starting base salary for the position will be $35,000 - $40,000 annually, based on experience and location. Salary is reviewed periodically and adjusted largely based on performance. Health benefits will be implemented after a 90-day probationary period.

The position is entirely remote - will work a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule that will mostly fall in normal business hours. Must have high speed, reliable internet at home and a reliable cell phone. New employees will be provided with the technical equipment required to perform the job, except for a phone.

The ideal candidate will have experience with (in order of importance):

  • Commercial POS cannabis software (Cultivera, Greenbits, BioTrack, MJ Freeway, Flowhub, Cova, POSabit, etc)
  • Metrc, Leaf Data and/or BioTrack state traceability (track & trace) systems
  • Project Management software (Monday.com, JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello, etc)
  • ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, etc)

The initial responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Become a Cultivera POS and Market product expert
  • Assist clients through their transition onto Cultivera
  • Provide industry-leading customer service to clients on support requests
  • Account management
  • Accurately document all activities and updates in project management software
