We are currently looking for a Senior Joinery Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements:
1. The candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience in Interior Fit out, Joinery in UAE.
2. Good in self-organized, responsible, and able to multi-tasks
3. Good analytical and communication skills
4. Attention to details and independent
5. Knowledge in Joinery (MUST)
Job Description
Knowledge of Estimation Quantity Take-off
Attend Project progress/co-ordination meetings where necessary.
Liaise with the Project Control for monitoring variation/ claim aspects across the Company.
Periodical review of Payment Certificates for all subcontractors to ensure that payments are being made as per the subcontract agreements.
Review of all subcontractors claim issues, whenever necessary.
Ensuring that the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers is undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner.
