Marketing Coordinator [United Arab Emirates]


 

The role will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and support the Marketing department in delivering a coherent, consistent social media experience for our audiences. He/She will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing campaigns through various online marketing channels to drive lead generation in support of Business goals. The coordinator will also have a primary focus on planning marketing campaigns, execution, and maintaining online community ‘engagement’ on Facebook, Social Media, blogs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of all content (photography, reels, stories, animation, and video) to be used on our channels following social media guidelines & brand tone of voice as set by the Hotel and Marketing manager.
  • Plan the content calendar and execute it accordingly.

    Assist with Graphic Design as and when required
  • Brainstorm and implement new and creative ideas for social media pages.
  • Shoot, produce, write, and edit videos and photos.
  • Create and edit content for Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing.
  • Come up with social campaigns that would improve conversion/awareness.
  • Work on paid social advertisement strategy.
  • Track paid advertisement performance on the social platform and suggest ideas to improve the performance

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications and skills:

  • Photography/videography, editing, and copywriting capabilities are a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role working in content creation or Social media management.
  • Highly proficient in editing with Adobe Suite specifically Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Highly Creative and has knowledge in visual storytelling.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments, and follow up.
  • Strong command of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Ability to promote positive relationships with the team. Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, process & result oriented and possess problem-solving skills working with multiple teams/agencies

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proficient at writing consumer-driven copy
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines
