Reporting Application Analyst [Ireland]


 

ADEC ARISE is currently seeking to appoint a Reporting Analyst to its growing support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and administrations duties within our Workforce Management Team. As a member of the support team, this team member will be from time to time be required to assist the team during busy periods by providing advice, information and support to customers via phone/email/chat/letter, This position, would suit an individual with prior experience in a similar role, who is looking to develop their skills and competencies further in this area. The role will be Hybrid with a Monday to Friday roster and a requirement to work 9-1 every 3rd Saturday.

As the Report Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly client reporting
  • Real time monitoring of ADEC Arise client key performance indicators and adherence to goals on an interval, daily, weekly, and monthly basis (service level, occupancy, abandonment, ASA, AHT, Quality)
  • Deep dive into cases to identify drivers to customer satisfaction and efficiency
  • Reporting on these results and recommending solutions to improve
  • Creation and scheduling of rotas, breaks, team meeting, coaching sessions, etc
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly client Business Reviews decks
  • As a member of the support team, you will be required to assist the team during busy periods by providing advice, information and support to customers via phone/email/chat/letter
  • Represent the client in a professional manner
  • Communicate complex concepts and processes clearly to customers and business users in a manner that they can clearly understand

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advance level working knowledge of excel
  • 3rd level qualification in Computer science, engineering or relevant field is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, respectful of others and highly confidential
  • Resilient and flexible with a proven ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and quality focused with a high level of accuracy
  • Results oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self motivated, independent worker with minimal supervision required, with the awareness of when to seek guidance or direction
  • A problem solver who is a sensible multitasker with the ability to manage priorities with stakeholders and deliver on commitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €25,500.00 per year
