Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in interior design and fit-out preferred

- Source and prepare all information and documentation related to tender submissions
- Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, and measuring and estimating material and labor costs used in the tendering process
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements, and follows up on timely submission of quotations
- Handle contract administration, including sourcing and negotiating with sub-contractors, supplier terms and fees in compliance with requirements and time schedule, including drafting of subcontract document
- Prepare and confirm a budget for management approval upon award of the tender
- Assist in the administration of Extension of Time claim
- Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Orders, and final accounts with clients
- Certify interim progress claims and final accounts for payment to sub-contractors
- Good knowledge of structural works measurement
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent qualifications;
- Proficient in QS application and software
- Consultant QS; responsible for the overall quantity surveying, cost & contract management of the projects.
- Preparation of cost plan & cost estimate, tender & contract documentation, tender analysis & reporting, taking-off & measurement;
- Valuation of the payment claim, variation, and final account;
- Attendance to project & site meetings
- Able to work independently
- Proactive and well organized
