We’re recruiting a Manager Data Analytics based in Istanbul that responsible to supports the Head of Data & Solutions, via leading analytical and statistical modelling projects. Performs real time analyses on bottom-up business data, particularly root cause analyses via data mining, to build hypotheses that feed into actions, further research, projects for addressing the business needs and objectives.
Your day-to-day
Net revenue management analytics:
- Working with Finance, Commercial, Portfolio and business unit heads to lead priority analytical projects to provide analytical support for NRM projects and revenue-related business activities.
- Take accountability for management and deployment of:
- Revenue / volume / pricing / share-of-market modelling and forecasting projects
- ROI calculations and projections models
- Portfolio analysis and portfolio rationalization projects
- Python applications development, deployment and ongoing support
Data quality & integrity analytics:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to lead data governance efforts to ensure understanding and defining the appropriate thresholds for data quality metrics, both technical and business.
- Take accountability for management and deployment of:
- Master data analytics & management activities
- Business data quality monitoring and addressing DQ issues
- Data accuracy and coverage report maintenance activities
- Data flow analytics and data process improvement
What we’re looking for:
- University degree in quantitative fields: in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Data Engineer.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Python. Experience with data visualization in PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and learning capability - ability to formulate and verify hypothesis regarding data.
- Ability to take on projects with a sense of ownership and ambitious attitude.
- Collaborative & entrepreneurial results-driven mindset. Capable of aligning top-down, cross-functional and market priorities, analyses and insights.
- Learn quickly & acquire skills for working in virtual teams (team members will be in different locations).
- Be comfortable extracting insights from quantitative data, 'connecting the dots' across multiple data sources and making business recommendations.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in English required
