Job Summary
The Technical Records Administrator will have responsibility for the accurate recording of maintenance tasks and component replacements in the aircraft and component log cards, the updating of the maintenance-forecasting computer system (Rusada) and supporting the Part 145 with detailed historical checks on aircraft components before acceptance for use on the NHV fleet.
The Technical Records Administrator reports directly to the Continuous Airworthiness Manager.
Respons. & areas
- Updating and recording the aircraft and component log-cards from maintenance work packs;
- Inputting data from maintenance paperwork into the maintenance forecasting computer program (Rusada);
- Managing and archiving all technical records;
- Distributing the up-to-date maintenance data and technical publication (keep MX Desktop up to date);
- Liaising with Chief Engineers and maintenance supervisors on issues related to the aircraft;
- Monitoring the aircraft and maintenance records for compliance with EASA ARC requirements;
- Closely cooperating with the members of the Continuous Airworthiness department.
Experience
- Relevant experience in technical recording;
- Experience in aviation is an advantage;
Skills
- ICT-literate (MS Office);
- Languages: Professional level (writing, reading, speaking) of English;
- Knowledge of Rusada is considered as an advantage.
