We are looking for an energetic and experienced Development Manager with proven experience in software development, design, architecture and management. This is a hands-on position involving coding solutions as well as leading and managing team members. Our current expectation of this role is a leader that would be the local leader to manage all web system and mobile application developer’ team members. The candidate would be working directly with the developers managers and clients. Responsibilities Create comprehensive project documentation and reports Own product development, lead and assist the team to develop web systems and hybrid mobile applications with intuitive functionality and enjoyable user experience at the core to deliver work items on time with good quality Review code and coding standards, unit tests, build & deployment procedures with a goal of making recommendations for improvements. Constantly review development practices and make recommendations for improvement and increased productivity. Design and implement complex database architectures Convert technical specifications into feasible architectural solutions Performance reporting on development productivity, efficiency, quality, time and delivery. Create effective work plan to meet deadlines Evaluate the best alternative, estimate the work required and ensure that project milestones are met and conform to defined schedule/Quality Providing technical direction and leadership
