- Manage day-to-day operations of the regional office, including overseeing all employees
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region
- Hire, train, and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the regional office, including promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managerial role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
