Educational and Experience
- Grade 12
- 5 years retail experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Ability to understand financial data.
- Experience managing client accounts.
- Experience managing large retail teams
- MS Office (Intermediate)
- Good Understanding of managing a retail store
- Understanding of stock and warehouse operations

Summary of position / duties
- Operations management
- Staff management, all store managers will report into you
- Health and safety management
- Adhoc meetings to meet directors and warehouse requirements
- Travelling to 7 retail stores around Gauteng and one in KZN to oversee operations
- Handling day to day issues that arise across all stores
- Being in the trade to assist managers – transfer of learning
- Customer returns management
- Store visits with staff ensuring trade operational SOP’s maintained
- Retail hours will apply
We are a large home franchise store based in Gauteng Townships and one store in PMB. Offering vehicle and competitive salary.
