POSITION GOALS:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will be part of the Campus Recruitment Team and will report to the Campus Team Manager. They will take part in all projects and initiatives aimed at recruiting students and graduates from top universities worldwide.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will help to organise, and participate in, job fairs for top European universities, as well as assist the recruitment process by promoting positions and reviewing applications through job fairs, career websites and referrals.
You will participate in projects and initiatives aimed at boosting Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding and also coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders – Employer Branding, Hiring Managers, HR coordinators.
You’ll also be able to develop and update the Campus Team performance data.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
- Full-time compensated internship based in Brussels, Belgium
- The internship should last for six months, starting in September 2023
- Internship agreement with your university is mandatory
Education: Third year Bachelor’s degree or first/second year Master’s degree student in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Linguistics, or other relevant fields.
Personal skills: Structured, detail-oriented, proactive.
Technical skills: Microsoft Office, Canva, Excel.
Language: Fluent English.
