Inside Sales Representative [Switzerland]

Responsibilities

As Inside Sales Representatives you’ll be communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

You will be working on:

*Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

*Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met

*Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers

*Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer

*Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership

*Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

*Work with sales leadership to ensure excellent collaboration between SDRs and field sales

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position

Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process

Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From CHF25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
