About Us:
We are a group of online schools with our head office based in the UK, and our back-end support office located on Jail Road, Lahore. We are a fast-growing organization with our Lahore office having a team of over 45 members.
We are looking for an experienced researcher to join our dynamic team. An ideal candidate would be responsible for conducting thorough research relevant to our business projects relating to education mostly. This can involve a variety of tasks, such as designing research studies, collecting and analyzing data, overseeing market trends, and presenting findings to colleagues or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement research projects that address project/business requirements
- Analyse large sets of data and information, drawing relevant conclusions
- Interpret and communicate research findings to colleagues, stakeholders through written reports, presentations, or other media
- Participate in group meetings with other researchers and support staff
- Stay up to date with research trends and advancements relevant to the scope of business
- Develop knowledge and skills relating to the latest techniques and applications in research related to the scope of project
- Plan and develop future research objectives and proposals
- Collaborate with other researchers or professionals to achieve research goals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree (with research) in relevant field such as Education or Business Administration (Preferred)
- Excellent grip over MS Excel and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in designing and conducting research projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations related to research
