Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct detailed analyses of samples, including blood, tissue, and body fluids, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant diagnostic results
Regularly review and maintain the quality of lab instruments, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, to discuss lab findings, recommend further tests, or clarify diagnostic details
Ensure accurate data entry and management, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
Adhere to and promote strict safety procedures and safety checks
Offer consultations to physicians regarding the appropriate selection and utilization of tests
Remain updated with the latest advancements in pathological diagnostics, ensuring the lab’s methodologies meet or exceed industry standards
What you will need:
Medical Degree in Biopathology
Professional license
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and methods
Previous Experience in a relevant position at least 3 years
Excellent communication skills in the Greek and English language
Commitment to deliver high-quality patient care
